Chautauqua Park Pavilion Permit

    A pavilion permit is required to reserve the use of the large or small pavilion in Chautauqua Park. Permits are issued on a first come first served basis, beginning January 2nd of each year. There is a $10.00 per hour fee for reserving either pavilion. This reservation fee is non-refundable and is due at the time of reservation. The fee is non-refundable. Hours to reserve the pavilion are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Pavilion permits issued are subject to policies and regulations of the city of Pontiac, Parks and Recreation Department.

    Submitting this form does NOT guarantee your pavilion rental. You will receive an email or phone call from one of our staff members to confirm your rental Monday-Friday between 8:00am-5:00pm. Rental will NOT be final until the $10.00 per hour reservation fee is received. Payment can be taken over the phone by calling us at 815-844-6818, by stopping into the Rec Center at 900 N. Elm Street, Pontiac, IL 61764, or by mail to P.O. Box 221, Pontiac, IL 61764.
