[ARCHIVED] Railroads and Rail History to be Explored in Talk

Dr. Rob Doyle, educator and rail enthusiast, will present a discussion on the history of railroading in Illinois and our local area. Doyle is deeply involved in railroad history preservation and his talk is expected to cover a broad group of topics.Join us on February 28th at 7:30 PM in the Pontiac City Council Chambers. The presentation will be part of the regular monthly meeting of the Livingston County Historical Society. The business meeting for the Historical Society will begin at 7:00 PM, with Dr. Doyle's presentation starting at 7:30 PM. Admission is free and light refreshments will be served.
