Arrested for Burglary of Firearms
At 10:48 pm 04/25/2020 Pontiac Police were dispatched to a burglar alarm at Stock and Field 1027 W. Reynolds St. Upon arrival, police found the glass doors smashed. Sullivan was trying to exit the building and was taken into custody without incident. In his possession were 14 firearms, all pistols that were taken from the store. He was taken to Livingston County Jail to await a court appearance.
On 4/24 Sullivan was arrested for Aggravated Assault, Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver after an incident in which police were told he pointed a pistol at a juvenile on Water St. The pistol was determined to be a BB pistol. Due to Covid-19 he was not accepted at the Livingston County Jail and released on a Notice to Appear.
On 3/28 Sullivan was arrested for Burglary to a Motor Vehicle. He was released on a Notice to Appear due to Covid-19. ###
