[ARCHIVED] Nuncrackers Musical November 30, December 1 & 2

The Vermillion Players have announced the upcoming dinner theatre production planned for November 30 and December 1st and 2nd. The show will be Nuncrackers: A Nunsense Christmas Musical. Directing the production is Krista Chmiel with Robin Buchenau serving as Assistant Director. Mary Jones and Liz Vincent are producing for Vermillion Players. The performance will be presented at Baby Bulls Fine Dining and reservations are required.

The show is presented as the first TV special taped in the Cable Access Studio built by Reverend Mother in the convent basement. Featured among the characters are many of the nuns who were part of the original Nunsense musical. Favorite Christmas songs are featured as well as some new songs. Humor is the watchword for this production and there will even be a bit of audience participation.

The cast includes: Jim Wolfe as Father Virgil, Cheryl Krueger as Mother Superior, Roxie Thomas as Sister Hubert, Robin Buchenau as Sister Robert Anne, Krista Chmiel as Sister Amnesia, and Liz Vincent as Sister Leo. Rounding out the cast will be the Students of Mount Saint Helen’s played by Anneka Carlson, Julia Schuler, Trentyn Hart, and Julio Carranza.

On Friday, November 30th and Saturday, December 1st, the doors will open at 6:00 PM and the curtain will go up at 7:30 PM. On Sunday, December 2nd, the doors open at 12:30 PM. The show will begin at 2:00 PM. Food service will include a full buffet with a choice of three meat entrees, a variety of sides, a salad bar, and dessert
