It is the intent of the City Council of the City of Pontiac to comply with the Illinois Freedom of Information Act.
To this end they have designated the City Administrator as the City’s Freedom of Information Act Officer. The City Administrator’s office is located in City Hall, 115 W. Howard Street. All Freedom of Information requests should be directed to the City Administrator.
A FOIA form is provided in an effort to best provide the requested information, and the FOIA form is available at the addresses below. However, other requests will be honored, but must include contact information and adequate details of the information being requested.
