Program Information

The city’s sidewalk replacement program provides an avenue for property owners to have the sidewalk in front of their property replaced. The program is administered through the Building Maintenance Department. Under the program, a property owner should contact the city and complete a form requesting a new walk.

A city representative will inspect the area and figure the cost to replace the walkway. Current program guidelines call for the resident to pay the expense for the materials and the city provide the labor to remove the old walk and install the new one.
