    Instructor: Lisa Heberg This water resistance training class is a high repetition, high intensity, total body conditioning system that stretches muscles, strengthens your joints, and pushes lactic acid (the stuff that causes muscle soreness) from your muscles with help from the water, while burning calories and toning the whole body. If there happens to be inclement weather in the morning and we are unable to use the pool, still comes to class; we will have class in the Aerobics Room.
