    This water resistance training class is high repetition, high intensity, total body conditioning system that stretches muscles, strengths your joints, and with help from the water, while burning calories and toning the whole body. If there happens to be inclement weather in the morning and are unable to use the pool, still come to class; we will have class in the aerobics room.

  2. Body Toning for Seniors

    Get the results you want! Designed for older adults who like a low yet effective workout. "Body Toning" will improve muscle tone, posture, balance and strength with a workout that employs tools such as lightweight dumbbells, concentrated movements, and your own body resistance! Build your strength, stamina, and agility by working top to bottom-biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulders, legs, and special concentration on the midsection. Come prepared to build your strength, stamina, agility, and a positive outlook on exercise!

    Are tired of the same old workouts week after week? Join Nancy Cortez in this anything goes, fast paced, heart pumping workout. This class will alternate between kettelbells, circuit training, step aerobics and more to keep your toes and excited to come back for more!
