    This Combo Fitness class is a combination of challenging exercises which includes stability balls, weight training, toning, body weight exercise, step aerobics, kettlebells, and cardio. Each week will be a variety of all of the above exercises targeting every part of the body. Come join this fun anything goes exercise class. It will get your heart rate up and your sweat rolling.

Build your strength, stamina, and agility by working top to bottom-biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulders, legs, and special concentration on the midsection.
