    This water resistance training class is a high repetition, high intensity, total body conditioning system that stretches muscles, strengthens your joints, and pushes lactic acid (the stuff that causes muscle soreness) from your body. If there happens to be inclement weather in the morning and we are unable to use the pool, still come to class; we will have class in the aerobics Room.

Build your strength, stamina, and agility by working from top to bottom - biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulders, legs, and a special concentration on the midsection.
