    This Combo Fitness class is a combination of challenging exercise which includes stability balls, weight training, toning, body weight exercise, step aerobics, kettlebells and cardio. Each week will be a variety of the above exercises targeting every part of the body. Come join this fun anything goes exercise class. it will get your heart rate up an your sweat rolling.

    Grab your favorite chair or blanket and bring the family to the Pontiac Rec-center for a spooky good time watching Hotel Transylvania 2! Put on your favorite costume and participate in our "TRICK or TRUNK" in the Rec-center parking lot for FREE candy from 6:00-7:00pm and a costume contest at 7:00pm
